Welcome!

I’m a Perinatal Psychologist providing individual counselling via telehealth. I’m passionate about creating a calm, empathetic and therapeutic environment for individuals where they can feel supported, heard and empowered. I offer support to parents by helping them hold baby in mind in order to build safety and connection with their infant.

Sessions are available Mondays and Tuesdays via Telehealth.

 Giving birth during the health pandemic, I have become increasingly passionate in supporting and empowering individuals in the perinatal period and in the early stages of parenthood.  I offer a safe and supportive environment to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, birth trauma and intergenerational trauma. I am passionate in providing parents with resources to support their own self-care and also help support their children to develop self-regulation, confidence and resilience, therefore leading to a more calmer family dynamic.

I offer telehealth counselling to individuals from the comfort of their home, reaching people needing support who otherwise would not be able to access it.
