What service do you offer?

Psychological counselling via telehealth, providing support, strategies and an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you interact with others and the world.

How do I make a booking?

Appointments can be made via the Book button on the website. A link will be sent to your email address 30 minutes prior to your appointment. 

How do I receive a Medicare rebate?

Sessions can be paid privately or with a Medicare Rebate. In order to receive a Medicare rebate, you will need to visit your GP to discuss getting a Mental Health Care Plan. Your GP will give you a referral for six sessions that will attract a Medicare rebate. After a review with your GP, you will be eligible for an additional four sessions.

 

What are your office hours?

I am available for appointments Mondays and Tuesdays. If you need to get in touch with me outside appointment times, I am available via email.  

How long are the sessions? 

The sessions typically go for 50 minutes. Please ensure you are set up and ready to go 10 minutes before session commences. 

When do I pay for the session?

Payment is required in full same day at the end of the session. 

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment as there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and a fee may apply.

Will my private health insurance cover my sessions?

There are some private health funds who will fully or partially cover the cost of therapy however, you will need to contact your private health fund to determine your eligibility for a rebate and the amount.
