 I offer telehealth counselling to individuals from the comfort of their homes, reaching people needing support who otherwise would not be able to access it. 

Sessions are available Mondays and Tuesdays via Telehealth.

Individual Therapy

We all need support at some point in our life. It takes an incredible amount of courage to reach out for help when you need it. I offer individual telehealth sessions from the comfort of your home. Where you are given the space to explore the causes of your concerns and to start to build an emotional vocabulary to help better understand and manage emotions when life throws you a curve ball as well as provide the opportunity to gain new perspectives on life. A vital part of this process is forming a warm and therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable.

My approach is personalised, using evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their goals, with specific focus on parent-child interaction, Attachment and Polyvagal theories. Some approaches I use include:

Perinatal, Postnatal and infant mental health

Becoming pregnant is an exciting time but it can also be overwhelming. There may be times when support is needed such as when things feel out of control or hectic.

Many individuals can experience a traumatic birth, leaving them feeling out of control and uninformed about the process. Often these experiences are contradictory to the expectations about how they imagined the labour and birth.

To have someone provide support can be so powerful in the journey of pregnancy and parenthood.  Furthermore, to be able to show vulnerability in a safe space can lead to feeling empowered to travel the road ahead.

I am passionate about working with parents, highlighting the benefits of creating an optimal environment for infants and parents, for healthy growth and development. Counselling can provide support and resources for parents in order to strengthen the bond with your baby for the best possible start in life. Babies are welcome to join sessions!
